COSTUME CONTEST, DOORBUSTER, AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Official Costume Contest Terms and Conditions: A valid entry is contingent upon the Customer:
- (a) wearing a costume;
- (b) consenting to and participating in an official photograph taken on the premises of the shop.
Full-face masks are strictly prohibited while on the premises. Entrants must not obscure their faces with any item that prevents clear identification.
By entering the Costume Contest, the Customer irrevocably grants the shop and its affiliates the right to capture, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise use the Customer’s photograph, likeness, and image for all promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes in perpetuity, without compensation or notification.
DOORBUSTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Doorbusters are first come first serve and are subject to state limits.
